The company is seeking a qualified candidate to work on a full time basis in Maputo to fill the position of “Project Coordinator” for the Project for Human Resource Development Scholarship.
Responsabilidades
- 1.External Affairs & Stakeholder Coordination: Contact, coordinate, and negotiate with various levels of project stakeholders, including government officials and organizations
- 2.Scholar Recruitment & Dispatch Support: Make necessary arrangements for the recruitment and selection of scholars, and support procedures for sending them to abroad universities
- 3.Administrative & Secretarial Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, scheduling appointments, venue reservations, and supporting the supervisor
- 4.Document Management: Draft and send business/official documents, letters, and minutes in English and Portuguese as needed. Handle data entry and document management
- 5.Accounting Assistance: Assist with simple accounting tasks including verifying quotations and receipts, arranging monthly payments, maintaining the cashbook, handling petty cash, and conducting office banking matters
- 6.Visa & Immigration Procedures: Handle visa and stay permit procedures with the local immigration department for international guests
- 7.Travel & Logistics Arrangement: Arrange travel logistics such as hotel and vehicle bookings for the Project.
Qualificações
- Be able to perform in teamwork
- Ability to work independently and has good initiative
- Willingness to understand the scholarship program, development/social issues in the Republic Mozambique, Japanese culture and society
- Overtime and holiday/weekend work may be required occasionally.
Habilidades e Experiência
- Minimum 2 year-experience of office work
- Fluent English & Portuguese proficiency in speaking, writing, listening, and reading
- Microsoft Word, Excel (Including spreadsheets), Power Point, Outlook, experience of TV conference through Zoom and Teams (Microsoft)
- Sincere and faithful personality.
